There are five levels: Easy, Normal, Hard, Nightmare, and Demon (unlocked after beating Nightmare). There is no pause option; however, players may exit to continue playing later on. Levels are unlocked sequentially by finishing higher difficulties.

The main goal is to survive as long as possible and accumulate as many points as possible. The longer the player survives, the more score will be given at the end of the level:

Get Special Titles

In addition to points, the player can also get special titles from defeating enemies/colliding into a bullet, in which case a small note will be given to a title in the top-right of the screen.

Get Additional Items

The player can also get a Wrench from hitting a bullet when in a certain position, which will display a Wrench above the screen in the bottom right. Currently, only the Wrenches from the Normal and Hard levels have been implemented.

Players can also get a Gas Mask from hitting a bullet when in a certain position, which will result in a Gas Mask appearing above the screen in the bottom-left. Currently, this is only implemented in the Nightmare level.
