Take the pledge and say iCheck by downloading this easy to use breast self-examination (BSE) guide.
The aim of breast self-examination is to become breast aware – to know what's normal for you and act on any changes by seeking advice from a doctor.
In order to become breast aware, it is important to familiarise yourself with both the look and feel of your breasts and routinely check for the signs and symptoms of breast cancer, so that you can identify any possible changes. Changes do not necessarily mean you have breast cancer but they should be further investigated.
