"Those who ask for istikhara does not get harm" (Bukhari)
"Those who ask for istikhara, is one of the happiest of Allah's people." (Bukhari)

Istikhara means "demanding blessings", "Asking for the right one who needs one of two things".
Our Prophet (sav) has advised to "ask for an istikhara" those who have decided to do a job.
