Gin has two types of melds: Sets of 3 or 4 cards sharing the same rank, and runs of 3 or more cards of the same suit.
Deadwood cards are those not in any meld, and count against you.
In this version of Gin Rummy, you can sort your cards automatically with the sort button, sort by Rank or Suit, and use the hidden table to lay down your melds before knocking.
